Can I Sell Back An Old Diamond Ring At A Major Jewelry Store Chain (Zales, Kay, Jared, Etc.)?
Where can I sell back an old diamond ring then?
Most major chains will not buy back your ring. You will do better to sell it to a local independent jeweler. Go around to several and see what the best price is you can get. You will not be able to get the retail price you paid for it. Your other option would be to sell it to an individual, again, you can not expect to get what you paid but you may be able to get more than any jewelry store will pay for it.

no you cant sell it back they will look at you like your crazy! after you have worn it and taken the tag off, you cant return it ! sorry! but if the tag is still on they might let you return it!

I sold a ring to http://www.TheDiamondLining.com. They offered a decent price and were very responsive. The main thing to remember is that you are not going to get retail price for your ring, its going to be much less than that.
