Help With Fairy Halloween Costume?

Could you try and help me combine any of these things or make suggestions/additions to what I already have here?

-Any one of these tutus (make sure it's an 'in stock' color):

And I'm thinking about maybe wearing...
-Legwarmers (w/o ribbon and a little lighter) http://www.teengirlclothing.com/images/legg%20warmers.jpg
-Knee socks (w/ light green and blue stripes)
-White ballet flats

And I don't know what to wear for a top. Plain white tee? White tank? What about jewelry?

Please make any suggestions you have to offer...

a white tank top would look good and no jewelry but lots of glitter and those press on gem/crystals
