multi colored stone bracelet....?

Ok i wanted to buy a bracelet. it was regularly $160 on sale for $60.. I wanted to know if the stones were real or not. i know this probly sounds stupid. One part says this: Blue topaz, .768 ct wt. Garnet, .765 ct wt. Peridot, .738 ct wt. Citrine, .603 ct wt. Amethyst, .599 ct wt. White topaz, .09 ct wt. Spot clean. Imported. while another part says: Colorful impressions of oval shaped peridot, amethyst, blue topaz and white topaz in a silver setting gives this bracelet lots of style. So what does colorful impressions mean? I know im probly a moron adn looking too far into this but i dont wanna pay alot of money if its jus a stupid cheap bracelet. let me know!! thanks
** its jus sterling silver.. but i have a matching ring basically in sterling silver too. So if its fake why does it go on and on about the stones? im jus mixed up lol
