What culture wears forehead jewelry?
I would like to know what culture(s) around the world wears the forhead jewelry. (Or used to if it's in the midieval times) It looks kinda like when little girls who play dress up take their mommy's prettiest necklace and hand it on their heads, with the pendant sitting on the center of their forehead?

I believe you are thinking of people of India where the women wear jewelry on their body and forehead for special ceremonies or events or just when they need to dress up.
You could probably go to google and type in "dulhan" meaning "bride" and find some good pictures.
