Diamond Fancy
Do you think a fancy diamond ring is necessary for an engagement?
I'm thinking of asking my Molly to marry me.
She's been a pretty good woman, who has bore me 9 good kids that got pretty good smarts, and not one of em got short changed in the looks department. But, you can understand that.
I got about 200 bucks to spend on her.
I was thinking that maybe a good used electric stove would be nice, what with winter coming on, so she doesn't have to carry wood in every day.
Or a real fancy ring?
Trapper John you sure are getting soft in your old age. I would take that $200.00 and spend it all on a fancy ring. Since you have had a ring in your nose all these years I think that you should be generous and buy her one, too.
